Refund Policy

All payments made to IKAD Finserv are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered only if:

• The service cannot be delivered due to internal technical issues.
• A duplicate payment was made by the client.

• The client fails to provide required documents.
• Incorrect information was provided by the client.
• Service work has already been initiated.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
