IKAD Finserv is not a government authority and is not affiliated with the GST Department, Income Tax Department, MCA, EPFO or ESIC.

Clients must provide complete and accurate information, submit documents in a timely manner and review submissions before filing.

Fees quoted are minimum/starting prices and may vary by complexity, volume and additional compliance requirements. Payment is required in advance. Pricing may change without notice.

Timelines depend on document availability, government portal processing time and third-party platform availability. No guaranteed timelines are provided for government-dependent services.

IKAD Finserv is not liable for government portal delays, external system errors, or client-caused penalties. Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.
